During the Vietnam War, the USAF managed to rescue up to 3883 captured personnel, but I have no precision on what branch of service they were from.

Imagine a snowflake or smartphone generation youth in this situation. They would try to slide the snow with their fingers to open an application.

The technological leap of recent years is terrible ... I did my military service in Argentina in 1988, the training (without so much deployment, for lack of so much material, for example there are not so many helicopters here) ... it was nevertheless similar ... even when one had to carry the radio, a very heavy one was used that had a flexible strap antenna ... and in the Unit we communicated from one guard post to another with magneto telephones .... all that now seems from the time of the Roman Empire. .. LOL .. When you see a movie like The Fall of the Black Hawk now ... everything is on TV like a football game ... and one seems to have received training from the 14th century ... People like me who later returned to their civilian life and did not experience all these technological advances are surprised when they see them.
