Got a '69 Swinger that came from west Texas. Converted years ago to a 383, not original so I have 0 issue with my ideas for it. 400 stroker, it's mini-tubbed, springs re-located, still has the AC stuff onboard (and will be operational, with updated stuff under hood), light custom touches, 13" discs up front, 11.75" rear, 6-speed stick, '73-up K member, subframe connectors, torque boxes, a-pillar to shock mount bracing, thicker core support, 26" radiator, BAC front end pieces. Not a drag car, but a respectable performer

gotta luv that tar top battery! and period correct spring loaded hose clamps! the GT,GTS,and dr. Norm 383 , we can't forget the very few REAL HEMI 426 HEMI DARTS! In primer 13 " tires coming off the assy.line exiting sideways tires vaporizing, smoking the race only hemi ,2 / 4s and LONG LIVE RONNIE SOX MR.4SPD AND CO.. DRIVER. MARTIN SHIFT THE 4SPD and wheels up not lifting perfect power shifting! I did not forget that sound and smell of race fuel HOOKED,FOR,LIFE!

I bought one out of a wrecking yard l worked at in 1975 for 350.00 bucks. I could beat 454 Chevelles with that 340 magnum and automatic.
