70 Nova SS didn't come with a 305. Base V8 was a 350.

The actual price on new trucks believe it or not is actually around 18 to 25,000.00 from a base model to all the bells and whistles. After they jack the prices way up and taxes that's how you end up with 44,000.00 - 120,000.00 price tags, it actually doesn't cost that much to manufacture a vehicle. They just want to take advantage of people; you can build a log cabin at the most around 20,000.00 a two story. Its Big business and GREEDY People.

People always put SS on them I have a real SS with 42,000 miles 396 4 speed car that’s about $12,000 car
