*Do your due diligence! While the auction listing claims "original drivetrain", in 2012 this car was sold with a 351W/ T5 drivetrain. It was later sold in 2013 with a disassembled "date correct" Boss 302 engine and transmission.

169 Boss 302 Cougar Eliminators built in 1969. 469 Boss 302 Cougar Eliminators built in 1970. If you are talking gear ratios, the 4.11 gear set wasn't available from the factory for the Cougars in '69 or '70. In '69 the 3.91 gear set was the "tallest" you could get with the Boss 302. In '70 you could get 3.91's or 4.30's in the Boss 302. Of course smaller gear ratios were also available.
