Strange that they'd do it outside, given that the classes now are MUCH smaller than in 1970. Total enrollment in 1970 was 4,400 students. Our class was close to 1,100, although only about 950 actually graduated, and not all of them were on the stage. I think current enrollment is under 3,000. The 4,400 was because of the "baby boom" generation.
