Amazing Foods as usual. The only thing I’ve noticed. Even in other restaurants. They don’t put enough meats in their stews like Gormeh Sabzi and Ghameh. Is that because meat is expensive? Or they’re turning the traditional stews into vegetarian?

If a restaurant charges a high price for its food, it naturally has more meat and better ingredients than a restaurant whose food is cheaper. It also depends on the location of the restaurant.
