1970s MC15 Comet Diaphragm Pump recondition - Part 4

Hi, I have the exact same pump model. It was my father's and I'm trying to refurbish it! the high pressure diaphragm, the 2 side membranes and the valves are the same as the mc20? how did you clean the heads and the pressure accumulator from encrustations? and lastly what pressure did you inflate the accumulator? then I would have a thousand other questions for you since this pump is nowhere to be found. when I saw this video I was moved :) :) :)

Yip I ordered a kit for the MC20 and all the parts fitted. Maybe not recommended... But I actually put the parts in my sandblasting cabinet and cleaned them up in there. Given that the MC20 and MC25 have a max operating pressure of 20 and 25 Bar respectively... I made the assumption that the MC15 has a max operation pressure of 15 Bar so set the accumulator pressure to 4 Bar as per the user guide for the MC8/18/20/25 page 23 here manualzz.com/doc/54083700/comet-mc-20-20-%E2%80%93-25-benutzerhandbuch
