I've had a '71 Eldorado convertible for more than 25 years and now have 109,000 miles on it. Bought it with 49,000 miles. Car has never broken down, not even once. I did run out of gas once but was able to coast to the gas station! It's wide enough that 4 people can sit across the front seat.

Lets see how a Kia, Honda or mostly anything on the road today as a new car holds up at the age of 50.

@@johanbrand8601 how many of these 50 year old cars have a new engine, transmission, completely redone suspension, blah blah blah. At some point the only original pieces are the body and frame

Habe mir meinen Jugendtraum erfüllt und vor drei Jahren einen 1971er Cadillac Eldorado Cabrio gekauft. Ich habe das Gefühl, zum ersten Mal im Leben ein echtes Auto zu fahren. Alles andere war nur Behelf.
