1971 Norton Commando 750

Many owners put on the single Mikuni carb because they can't adjust dual carbs. This Commando with the dual Amal carbs sounds pretty awesome to me. Respect to this builder

Nice Norton Commando with variations of other years and models added to this rebuild. The motor shows it's a 750 '71 with 30 mm manifolds and carbs. Later model 850 paint pattern on the tank and side covers but not the '71 paint pattern, indicators and rear seat rail installed from 850 models also, front disc from '72 or newer model added but not the double leading shoe brake of a '71 model. The vinyl seat pattern is a '71 and '72 pattern. All additions make this a nice Commando. Respect.

@@NortonCombat-ib3xw spot on! It came with the later disc brake so we just kept it. And yes the paint scheme is the later 850 type, we were going to keep this as our rider and like the later scheme so that's why we went with it. Indicators for compliance. Grab rail once again for looks. You know your commando's. Cheers!
