I'm building a t120 bonny . ive timed the gears with the marks as you've shown. Having a problem w intake valves hitting the piston. Valves are opening while pistons are coming up. Can u please give me some advice on this issue.

At 26:xx or so, NOT Phillips head screws!! Pozidriv screws!! Use the right cross head screwdriver to do the job right and you won't strip the screw. Triumph went to Allen just because US mechanics complained the screws rounded out. They were using Phillips head screw drivers vs proper Pozidriv driver. Notice the small marks around the head? Indicates Pozidriv. No need to worry about torque. Just tighten 'em.

45 FT LB is the correct torque for that nut, if you don't know keep quiet haveing other people running their cases from excessive force... ...

Thanks for your comment, Well fortunately I happen to have lots of videos on here about Norton Commandos and more coming we have a 1975 Norton Commando Mark 3 were going to be completely rebuilding soon
