My second motorcycle... I had a CT 70 first. Moved up to this bike when I was in 5th grade. It was so smooth. Four stroke smooth power. Nice suspension for the time. Great bike to learn on. By the way, mine always fired on first kick too.

A small detail...the side panels are dark gray. If they were original, they would be same silver color as the headlight bezel. So it appears they may have been replaced. Think these may be from a K2...while this bike is a K1. I know the silver side panels are very hard to find. But that bike is one of the finest examples I have seen. These were GREAT dirt bikes. And with a tiny bit of modification could be very competitive in the woods. Go down one tooth on c’shaft sprocket, and add a Basani pipe and spark arrester, and full knobbies...it’s a killer in the woods.

I was very upset the found someone who stole I know who is I am piss off him police fine pay $350.00 and plus my mom fine pay $450.00 sell he stole want buy Honda 125 but already trade new motorcycle. I am piss off . I am ask my mom please buy for me new motorcycle honda 125 . My mom say no ! Why. She say no . I was 19 years old 1982. Now on KZbin I was think found type Honda 125 1972. I see KZbin. I am very sad. I miss motorcycle honda 125 so much my favorite. Now I am 59 years I never want buy motorcycle honda 125 what look like new motorcycle but I real want old time honda 125 1972 so bad heart my heart.

Bought mine new, $675.00. All my paper route money, lol , 21" front wheel made a big difference, traded my red sl 70 at the honda dealer, first real motorcycle for me, got my licence with it. Added knobbies, steel spiked foot pegs, fork brace, took off directionals, went over backwards from wheelies a few times, lol. 16yrs old, now 65, thank you for the memory , it was a great bike back in the day, took a lot of abuse,

My father owned two of those back in Cali, he and my mother used to ride at jawbone canyon back in the day. She was 4,9 100 pounds and one particular day she was the only one that could climb the hill there. Cool bike! 👍🇺🇸
