Yes it would be rare. They only made 5807 GTOs in 72. However it's a little vague how they described it since they said LeMans GTO.. Whether it's a factory GTO or LeMans with the T41 GTO Factory option. Or somebody even added that after the fact.

Nice restore for sure. But unless Bill Collins Himself actually owned this, 47k is a little silly. As P. T Barnum supposedly said though, there's one born every minute. And if I would pay that price I would want everyone to see who's driving it, loose the gay ass tint on the windows and the exhaust tips.
