Fun fact: The “Mario Panas” in the songwriting credits is actually Vicky’s father, Leo Leandros, using a pseudonym. He is a Greek-German composer who was instrumental in launching Vicky’s early career. Vicky is preparing to retire from performing next year, and her father is still alive as of November 2022, at the age of 99.
