For Sale in our Nashville showroom is 1973 Dodge Charger. This Dodge Charger for sale is completely restored, rebuilt and or repainted. This long lean Charger is covered in a Beautiful blue that clings to every long line and is broken in the middle with a muscular black strip that runs from hood to trunk. The painted black accent is also on the hood as it tries to hide the bulge that barely contains the 383 Magnum. This 383 CID V8 Big Block has been massaged with all the right parts. First the heads were ported so it could breathe easier. Then a Comp Cam and lifters where installed and give it the right amount of bump. All this, topped off with an Edelbrock intake with a Holley 650 CFM four barrel carburetor feeding the beast. Backing this potent MOPAR for sale is the venerable 727 torqueflite 3 speed automatic transmission and posi track rear end with 3.91 gears that are sure to toast the tires. But what good would all this go be without enough whoa? So this ’73 Charger for sale has been equipped new stainless brake lines that are hooked to Wilwood discs brakes in the front that clamp on to drilled and slotted rotors. The handling did not go overlooked, oh no, the entire front end was rebuilt with the liberal use of polyurethane bushings, so this muscular Mopar rides and handles better than it did in 1973. Speaking of 1973, sitting behind the wheel is like time travel as you lean against the high back bucket seat and survey the dash everything looks as it should the new dash pad gleams and then you notice that digital radio that looks a lot like factory. Controlling the transmission is the original “Slap Stick” shifter. This 1973 Charger for sale is a “blast from the past” and a real head turner wherever it goes. Options for this Dodge Charger include: air conditioning ( needs recharge ) power steering and power brakes AM/FM Radio and MP3 player and 15 inch American racing aluminum rims wrapped with Cooper Cobra Radial tires. 1972 SE model was the last Charger to have hideaway headlights and a 400 cid engine would have replaced the 383 from '71. This is a custom built Charger.

I've had 3 Chargers My first one was a B5 blue 73 440 auto I got in 1977 and the next was a red 73 340 auto that I had in 1979 when My wife and I got married, the last one was a green 1971 383 auto that I got in 1981 and was stolen while I was in the Army 1 year later. I would love to own another one, GREAT DRIVING CARS

The 383 wasn't offered in 73. In 1972 the went to the 400 which was essentially the same block with larger heads. Hideaway headlights weren't an option in 73 either. I owned two of these over the last 35 years.

Yep and they will not do the sensible thing by letting someone who cares restore it. I see this everywhere and it makes no sense at all. I know people who have chained their cars to trees 50 years ago and they are still there and are deteriorated badly.

Oh no, that exhaust must go. Sounds like shit. Automatic trans must go. This car requires 4 speed and a 3:23:1 gears.

Saw a 73 down in Missouri that was a factory 4 speed. VERY RARE CAR. I've only seen 1 in my life. But the flywheel wasn't externally balanced for the 400 cu/in engine. The body was rusted as badly as my 2 Mn. cars. And the body and frame were damaged under the trunk. Gas tank looked like someone had actually tried to check the fuel level by looking in it using a match for light. It ran, but the clutch wouldn't disengage - rusted?? I passed it up. Wasn't the project car I was looking for.
