The finest motorcycle ever made...I bought one in 1973, and LIKE A FOOL, traded it for another bike three years later. I have never forgiven myself for that blunder...and as they say, hindsight, is always 20/20....

i have a 73 it's been in my family since 74 i got rid of the point's and went with electronic ignition in the mid 80s still ride it with a smile on my face , when i park it somewhere young and older people will look at it and complement me , and it still give's me chill's when i twist the throttle just like the first time

Yes it does need a tune up and carby balancing. :-)

Drove this bike from Pgh. Pa. to San Diego ... and back. Only had to replace the chain and keep battery filled with water.

If you look, he still has the choke on .. (choke lever up) that's why the black smoke and running rough..
