When I was 14 my friend had one of those. There so thin and light. One of the most beautiful motocrossers ever made. I had a Kawasaki 90 converted to a dirt bike. I was so jealous. Later on I bought a YZ 125 . Was hooked on motocross since.

Sweet little bike Ken ! my first real dirtbike💥after owning minibikes ,was a 1975tm125, the coolest sound and smell of any bike ive owned, that pipe underneath was rad, and it reved so high, so fun, i think i was 13 years old, i used to clean and lube it religiously and baby it , other than the fist day i had it , i went hillclimbing and put a dent with my knee in that beautiful little tank, lol, other than that ,she was mint! Still wish i had it ! Keep the cool bikes coming guys, love your website! Mike Johnson from Minnesota.👍

In 1974 if you did not have one of these to race the 100cc class you were not going to win. As soon as these came out, the entire starting line was filled with them. For about 700 dollars out the door, a kid could afford one by delivering enough papers or mowing lawns. What a great little machine.

Tom you are absolutely right! But as far as a kid being able to do that now, we have to forget it. Modern bikes are proportionally more expensive, and kids don't go out and mow lawns now, they might exert themselves, even sweat. Lord forbid. The only thing they exercise is their thumbs on their phone and their mouths whining, begging, or demanding.

Mike I really appreciate that ..that sure that you would do that if you could it's kind of a fantasy of mine that I hope that someday somebody like Harley Davidson or some rich benefactor would step up and help out with the project so far we haven't got a whole lot of help From the public sector it's been mostly the loans that we got from the Connecticut department of economic development that allowed us to get this far. it's been mostly me my family working around-the-clock in dumping our life savings into it hopefully the low payout in the end and definitely not Mike I really appreciate that that sure that you would do that if you could ...hopefully the low workout in the end and definitely not doing it for money..

@@orange70383 that's a good theory, but if you think about it, and I have found out in reality, with my 71 Bultaco Pursang 350, the second plug, that is not hooked up is getting as black and carboned up as can be, so it's kinda useless as a quick, plug it in spare. It is useful if a different heat range, but will at least need some sand paper taken to the electrodes before use.
