I’m a fan of the 74 set! Some great looking cards especially the Seaver and Fisk. Love the tribute to Aaron and the way they did the all-star cards. Nice collection.

Great showcase. As an A’s fan I bought all the ‘74 Topps World Series cards in the late ‘80’s and it took me years to realize Willie Mays was on that card 😂!

I just picked up that Santo on the cheap at my LCS in PSA 8. Went with my son and found the gem in box of a bunch of completely normally-priced vintage. Not sure why I got lucky but was happy to snatch it up!

Superb collection and thanks for sharing, Mike! Love 70s cards! I have a 1984 price guide w/ the 1974 Winfield at $10 and Parker at $6. Madlock's rookie was $9 ($27 adjusted for inflation). The Ryan was $1.75! Hoping Sewall keeps working on that time machine. Very cool that you also have Doby & Maz included as coaches!

Congrats on the completion😊for now. There will be others. Also the ‘traded set’ was issued in ‘late’ packs as were the Padres/Wash. cards. Not really a separate set. Thanx for videos.

Love the 1974 set, Mike. It's a shame Topps didn't make a Washington/National League card for Dave Winfield. Thanks for sharing!

Mike, do you know what Topps yearly set from the 60’s/70’s/80’s has the most Hall of Famers? I’m thinking it has to be one of the early/mid 70’s sets like this one? You still had Mays, Aaron, Robinson, and those great players from the 50’s nearing the end of their career. Then you had those 60’s rookies like Carlton, Seaver, Ryan, Jackson in their prime along with 70’s rookies like Schmidt.

Hi Mike, the 74 Topps cards were nice looking cards. Lots of Hall of Famers that were late in their careers. Congrats on getting it completed. I think you should pick up the Santo traded.
