Memories right here! Owned a KE55 (1979) for 6 or 7 years - did so much driving on the old 4K. Reckon I changed the oil twice! Unbreakable in my experience. Anyway - onto the JC Cosmo, one of my idol cars for a long, long time.....

I used to have one of these as a kid in the 80's. It was completely stock, and the 2TC engine wasn't anything special as far as horse power, but the car was spectacular in the corners. I lived in the country on a very windy road, and I used to really love running that thing for all it was worth.

This car is seriously cool. I've seen a te27 but never a te37, although they're pretty similar. They suit the brown/green colours so well, I absolutely love them

Had one of these for a while back in the day in NZ. Was the local corolla sr coupe 1300cc version. We seemed to have quite a lot still around in the 90s and so cheap! Was so clean and tidy in an off white colour. Stupidly sold it cheap to a mate when it started playing up. Would be worth a bit now if that mate hadnt started cutting the springs and generally ruining it. Bet it didnt survive much longer after that.

cool :). imho it deffo looks better on the watanabes for sure. what i also noticed is the licence plates are the ones that light up, but these usally tend to be rather bulky to house the lightbulb and stuff. i wonder if its just the outer plate without lighting back, or if its these modern thin LED panels, i seen these on YAJ haha

Hi Martin. It's gonna depend on heaps of things. Certainly location, but I don't know which country you're in. Having said that, I'm just not the person to ask. In Japan, super rare, and you could get a good price, but I still don't know what price. Try joining a lot of classic Toyota groups on Facebook
