These bikes where good looking machines back then and now in 2020 still look and sound better than the machines there turning out now. Here in the Uk we had the DT175MX and that bike could move. Keep up the good work 👍

I had one of these as my third bike. I got it when I was 13 and lived through some great times and a couple of not so great, but it always got me where I wanted to go and brought me back home. I really regret ever selling it. I'd pay 10 times what I sold it for, just to get it back again.

Looks like a 1975 DT175 to me. 1974 had different tank.

Dt175 had a different tank i grew up with a1974 yamaha Dt175 Enduro it was my dads bike then my older cousin then mine i got it at age 10 still currently have it passing it down to my oldest son

I had this bike brand new pretty sure it’s a 1975. Bought as a left over for less than 1000.00 brandnew! Sold after about a yr got a brand new 1976.5 yz125x boy wish I still had it.

O man my brother had same and I had the orange DT 100 it got stolen out of my cabin upstate ny in 1990 cops found it in river minus engine I don’t know why they took the 100 over the 175
