1975 Ford F100 Ranger ~Parked for 18 Years~

1975 F100 2 wheel drive, long bed, original paint and decals! She's been parked for at least 18 years! The motor is totally locked up , can we get it running?? Will it need a new motor? Should we keep it or sell it?

WOWZA, was that engine rusty! and is all that stuff in pass side engine bay firewall area just ac? MY 76 F150 ranger xlt w/o A/C is completely empty in that corner. if it was safe i coiuld literally store a 5 gallon jug of gas its so empty, well 3 for sure. thats making me think, what could i put there? a large sq toolbox might be handy instead of behind the seat where thieves look first.
