I'm a Chevy guy but those were some of the best looking trucks ever made. The generation before that was too. Just beautiful trucks. I hardly ever see any up north anymore. They used to be everywhere.

If we're going to go out today truck hunting , I buy a frame off restoration truck then new truck. You can't beat the older trucks. This new stuff is just junk.. Don't know what you guys are asking for the truck but I'm sure it's worth it.

I'm not a ford motor guy. They only have a couple good engines. The 460. Was the best pickup truck motor. If you could keep fule and electronic ignition box they are. Bad ass. And a lil work. 460 gets fast. Quick. Love that truck

The 390 was no slouch in these trucks. I'm not sure if it was available in this year truck, but they were good torquey motors.
