Ludmilla should have received 10's for exquisite line, form, flexiiblity and overall precision in execution of her routines. She is sadly underrated and almost forgotten. Does not receive the same type of attention as Olga and Nadia.

She was NOT a good beam worker! Comaneci was better on floor as well. But USSR had to win 2 golds and ROM 2 golds... politics

She had already done well 😁 in the 72 games, in Munich, and the Russians definitely weren't favored there. it's not like this was the first competition she ever scored well in. It seems like politics was either in their favor, or against them, depending on whether the one talking about it personally likes the gymnast or not.
