My first vehicle was a 1977 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 Black exterior and black cloth interior with a step side box. I drove it from 1981 thru 1991. It was a great truck and it gave me special memories.

I got relatives in Detroit area. Visited one year everybody complaining about the heat at 70 degrees, I told them it's a cold front in Texas. Great looking truck, I use to have a short well bass 1977 with 302, brought back memories.

Had a black f250 75 custom round headlight 360 ci , took it from Ca to Colorado elk and deer hunting ,through chains on it and went everywhere ❤️👍my favorite bodied truck ever ,paid $1900 in 1979 😂

So strange to see trucks I grew up with going for more than 4K. I’m not knocking this beauty one bit just really shocked. Heck I see people restoring the 90’s Trucks too. Strange how used cars jumped so much it would still be better than getting new. Sweet Truck!

I use to own one of these truck but mine had a toolbox in the lower bed on the passenger side. Had a 400 in it with a C6 transmission . Also own a 1963 NAPCO CHEVY step side with 327 300 from the factory . Also a 1967 Dodge Power Wagon with a 340. Now I have a 1947 Dodge Power Wagon with a V code 440.

My brother had the same truck but automatic and dark red, I mean same motor and all. Not as nice of course but wasn’t beat up either, I was too young to buy it when he sold it around 2005 and wish I had that old truck just to make beautiful like this one. Had a tag on the front that said “the mule” because it had 35s and would jerk firewood around all day long.

My dad was a Ford man , he had a 75 77 and then a 79 just like this one. I kept it waxed with the old turtle wax for him. Being 14 he'd let me move it around after waxing. If Ford built trucks like this now they wouldn't stay on the lots very long...

Dual tanks. One under bed other behind seat in cab. Old school u got to listen to the gas slash around when u drove truck.

Well wishes for Greg Sweet truck My first new vehicle was a 1977 f150 custom, red with the cruising package rainbow stripes on the side, I just happen to be delivering a vehicle we put a windshield in the dealership when the truck arrived on the car hauler, she was $5,000 out the door as soon as it was prepped I drove her home
