1977 Kawasaki Z650/KZ650

I bought a 1978 KZ 750 (2 cylinder and a darker green then the 650) used in 79 and rode it to high school and loved it. I had ridden dirt bikes, and the KZ was my very first street bike. I am now 62 and just bought a left over 2022 Z650Rs in Candy Emerald Green with gold rims and can't wait till the break in period is over. Got it at a good enough price that I didn't have to sell my Harley. Thanks for this video.

The KZ 650 B in 1978 sold for $1999 at Good Times Kawasaki in Olympia Wash.

I don't know where you got that the top speed of the Kawasaki Z 650 was 203 km/h but that's totally wrong. She has never been so fast. Although Kawasaki claimed 195 km/h in the various advertisements for this motorcycle, it was generally clocked around 187 km/h by the French press in 1977. I was thinking of the main magazines Moto-Journal and Moto-Revue. In short, I repeat myself, it has never been worth 203 km / h and I am formal...
