I love it, nothing better that installing a diesel in an older truck, they should have been built that way originally. I have a 1976 Ford F250 4X4 Crew Cab Highboy with a Detroit Diesel 4-53T..

I had a 96 F250 4x4 crew cab, I would have preferred the diesel but the 460 had lot's of torque also.

@@johnt9906 Yeah, there is no way I could have afforded a 7.3L, they go for 15k to 25k in my area with 200k miles so the 460 works just great. Plus the towing is equal from the 460 to the 7.3L the main gain would be better fuel economy.
