For sale is a 1978 Ford F250 4x4 pick up. Ford F-Series pickups are the highest selling vehicle in America, and for good reason. Built Ford Tough is a good description for this beast. This truck has a rebuilt 351 CID V8 running through a C6 automatic transmission and Dana 60 rear end. The truck underwent a frame off restoration in 2006 which included a full engine rebuild and all new Maroon and Silver paint. Too many parts were replaced to list. Some of the big ones include radiator, brakes, carburetor, intake, cam, pistons, rods, lifters, exhaust, alternator, etc. The truck is optioned with A/C, CD player, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, cloth interior, tow package, tinted windows, and radial white letter tires mounted on aluminum wheels. The seat look so ugly in brown it needs to be a nice grey.

The seat would have looked better in a silver or gray color. Tan or brown does not fit with the theme of the truck. Other than that, I really like it!

It is a 78 my 78 had square headlights also . The only ones in 78 that had round lights were custom , My is a 78 F150 Ranger Explorer . In 79 all had Square headlights

78's Rangers and upper trims came with square lights

Late model 78’s had square headlights and many 78 owners change the grill and lights to a 79. So you should “get your facts straight!.
