Thanks for that! I have a '73 that needs transmission work. I've always been a little leery about getting into it, but your videos show how "simple" it can be. They are easy to follow and there is narration where there needs to be. Also...love the usage of the hexbolts. They make it look so clean. Well done.

Your videos are probably the best I have seen to help me work on my Fiat, but it seems I missed one detail here: at 16:03 you mention that you have to torque the flex joint bolts. I realize you made this a while back, but if you remember or can easily look up the torque specs for those bolts, that would be terrific. Thanks so much!

You installed the large spring washer between the bell housing and the transmission body backwards. Did it matter? How is it holding up?

what kind of bolts are you using. I noticed you used those in the engine area as well. I like those

I ordered stainless steel, socket cap bolts. It's this thing I do, can't really explain it. Basically only need two sizes, 6mmx1.0 and 8mmx1.25. If you pop over the the Eldest Builds Facebook page, I have the numbers and sizes to do the whole car. Get an extra 50 6mm washers, forgot some need two. Everything came from Boltdepot.com They have a very easy selection system.
