I just bought a '79 gl1000 with 31000 miles last August. I jumped on it and took it 1500 trouble free miles round trip. Runs great. Love these old goldwings. Thanks for showing yours.

@@jorge699686 I bought mine for $1200. They are going for anywhere between 1200 to 2000 I believe. They are good old bikes.

I love this Great HONDA GOLDWING . What a very Beautiful Machine you say to YOU !!! It is 1 and all a very Mighty Motorcycle !!! I miss this machine from the year 1978 / 1979. I had had 2. See what I wrote below this comment. Thanks for Sharing my friend. Greetings Walter.

The Gold wing is the best motorcycle that Honda ever engineered together, best handling,best performance,longest lasting engine, you could literally travel the globe on a Gold Wing with no issues.

I never miss Kapp! He has as good or great selection ant where! Like he said,,these like these,,,are all but gone! If I ever purchased a bike over time I would feel very safe to buy from Kaplan. God bless our citizens and all her free countries who are our Allie’s.

I was stationed in Japan in 1979. Domestic bikes over 750 cc were exported only. Military guys would buy them. They were in crates. You had to assemble them. Guys on base would drive to the manufacturer and pick them up.

I've got an 81 1100i and just finished restoring it. Going to sell it at some point, just 56k miles and it all looks just about like new. Any tips?

Hi, I,m helping a friend out with a 1980 honda GL1100 project bike. Sitting on the bike could someone tell me where the left and right hand coil wires go to which cylinders.Does the left coil come down to cylinders 2 and 4 left and righthand coil 1 and 3 on the right. pretty much confused as the coils are not numbered.........HELP

It has low fuel consumption, also big weight make trips easier. These prices are for professional, typical user will pay more for such device state.

There's no "leather" on that shelter cover. Your don't know what you're talking about, ...Mr. Salesman. 😕 Too many inconsistencies in your stories with these Goldwings that you try to sell. 😒
