I remember my aunt had this exact same one with the light blue interior...it always smelt so good on the inside. It really felt like riding in luxury.

Remarkable, how well this car has been preserved.

These cars were remarkable. Nimble and rode like a small limousine. I've owned three in my day , a 71' 76' 79'. Oldsmobile knew how to build cars.

Larry James. You nailed it. My 78 rides like a Delta 88. I have a 79 H/0 too in mint shape. Olds knew how to make their cars look the most appealing. I can't get enough of those G Body's.

Wow...I had the exact same car in high school and college except it had burgundy interior. I remember those wonderful plush seats. They sure don't make cars like that anymore. My brothers shared a gray cutlass with burgundy interior. I remember my dad buying those two cars at the same time and brought home. The transmission was slipping and finally my dad said it was time to get rid of it. I was living in Ohio at the time. Just about everything got replaced on the white cutlass except the engine. I got an 4 door gray 1988 Ford Escort in its place.

A beauty of a throwaway late 70’s car. Had this same car. No balls, problematic and easy to part with. It was comfortable tho...Traded in for 85 IROC and totaled it quick! Good times.

I bought a 1979 Hurst Olds back in 1987. It was white and gold. It had t-tops and a 350 V-8. Power windows and doors. Sorry to say, it was a way nicer car than this. I should have kept it, they made very few with T-tops.

I had one like this, a Bordeau Red one, with original factory Red interiour aswel. Mine was a 79 Cutlass Brougham Ciera, don't think mine was a "Supreme" though, but I don't know much about American cars, as they are very rare and expensive to buy here in Europe! I was forced to sell it due to financial problems. My biggest regret ever. It was my most favorite car of all the cars I ever had (And I had roughly 25 cars in my life..so far) If I will ever be able to afford myself an American car again, it will be another Cutlass :)

I noticed that the radiator core support has corporate blue bolts fastened to it usually the only car I saw that had that was the Hurst oldsmobile 1979

I still have mine put away in the garage and needs a little work but it's far as like mine is exactly like this one just a royal navy blue and it is the greatest car I ever owned Oldsmobile knew what they were doing when they made these Regals Mighty Carlos and the Cutlass to me to Cutlass is the best the Regal is something else too and if you got the right Monte Carlo 78 79 80 it was no slouch

The only problem was the 260 4.3 liter v8 I like the 307 or if it had a 350 oldsmobile or even better a 403 the 260 only product 100 hp but you cant blame the auto makers at this point in the late 70s every auto manufacturer was scrambling to build fuel economic cars so everything that was bigger and heavier from the years past quickly became obsolete
