The focus was on the 'Guardian Angels'-an organisation with the goal of unarmed crime prevention-and their handling of the crowds in Times Square. The voices you hear are those of the Guardian Angels group and members of the crowd, as the Guardian Angels were attached with microphones during the filming of this footage.
