That's a funny looking Evinrude. Good that the OMC techniques transfer over to Club Cars.

Might consider buying some marine grade vinyl at your local upholstery supplier, a lot cheaper than buying a new seat! Easy to staple to the plywood underneath the seat. I used stainless staples.

Dude never heard of cleaning the crud off before taking it apart. It's like watching those videos from India rebuilding truck engines in the dirt.

I personally don’t like electric golf carts , on & off all day while you use it and putting a monster 4 stroke or 2 stroke ain’t for me , more like steady keeping up with the traffic is for me ! Lol. Isn’t Easygo made by Polaris in Georgia ?

If the kids aren't around, I don't turn it on or off. Its quite easy, you get in and mash the pedal, and your off! Also, its real easy to get in an out of, and with grandpa so close, it makes driving between his place and mine quite easy. Even a side by side, compared to a golf cart, they arent easy to get in an out of.
