I've poured crete where vibrators and tapping was used to ensure no bubbles and complete filling of the form - so here on these boat transoms I'd say an orbital sander with no paper and cloth on its surface would be good to vibrate down this mixture - ensure best filling. (

Look up what happens to seacast when using vibration to remove air. It's a big nono. Just tap it with a rubber hammer as instructed

How did you dig out the transom?

we used 100% of the fibers and it pored just fine and it's much larger than that boats transom we used 17 gallons

Yes Seacast is a great material to use for stringers. Go to the web site scroll down the home page for the facebook link and see how others have done stringers. Lots of photos and a few videos

Might use it some day on my hydra sports bass boat had some isues with it motor flex some one done new wood done it wrong I poured epoxy in between the new wood put a brace under the deck they left out no flex at all now wood is new they just didn't do it right might last now for a wile
