Has anyone noticed, this is just a " voice and piano" number? No fancy fireworks, dancers, dramatic guitars, nothing....just Elton, his voice, his piano and a tremendous song. And yet, he manages to entice us. That takes a huge amount of talent to accomplish, folks. What a star!

Gods were in exceptionally jovial, serendipitous, generous and spirited mood when Elton John and Bernie Taupin were born; Gods proclaimed in unison, 'We give them our generous gifts so they may go forth and touch the tenderest part of peoples' hearts so lovely emotions deep inside ascend from deepest part of peoples' soul to transform their lives!' Simply brilliant, were those two young men who continue to touch our hearts even now. Thank you Sir Elton John for your sumptuous sense of humor with your beautiful voice and magical musical prowess transferring (why not, Sir) Bernie Taupin's simply honest and brilliant lyrics to music that has remained timeless forty five years on.
