We finally get the Jax Garage triple clamp conversion and complete the transition from original forks to the GSXR front end.
The wheels get back from powder coating and we get tyres fitted.
In this episode we also get our first chance since buying the project to test ride it!

Did you have to dremel so much material from the clip ons as I’d be worried that they would snap off over time. I thought just a couple of holes would be sufficient?? (Im no expert in this matter 🙂).

I probably didn’t but it was easier to get the wires through, it would have been hard to get the buttons back into their holder without taking so much though… The new clip ons have a fairly thick wall so I don’t have too many concerns.
