1983 Honda CB1000 is Finally Running!!!

This was the realm of Honda superbikes. All with the 4 carb to intake design. I recently had the 900CB with the kooky 2 speed add on, ride around as a 1100 (86) as my workshop to street product and have a Magna in the shed as on deck to repair. That repair you just made sounds great. Well tuned, these machines are very powerful. M.

Carbs first. Float bowls off, clean all jets, set float height, inspect floats for leaks. Bench synch.

Yea that’s my plan, that and I’m trying to salvage the gas tank too, we’ll see!
