Great words by Shri Mataji if you want to improve your Sahashtrara your heart should be clean which is very difficult. As the Sahashtrara point is on the fontanel bone area which directly corresponds to the heart chakra in line. Hence, to improve your Sahashtrara you need heart with full love and compassion. 💐💐🙏🙏 Jai Shri Mataji 💐💐🙏🙏
