Love the Monte ,Scottie I own a 1976 Monte Carlo ,the years people don't like I am the second owner ,it had 38,000 Miles on it in 1989 my senior year in High School.When I bought it off a senior lady Thin Firestone whitewalls then to . I still own it today White body,burgundy full top,duals exhaust,killer sound system .When I go to shows you never see any .....Take Care Matt You never see any Lagunas either...

I had a 305 HO in my Z-28....I did well on the street....with very little work....I mean it's not a 350...but nothing had a 350 in it back than....

I was in high school when he bought that car .Only the rich kids had those... hehe .awesome find Scottie!.Back in 1984 the only cars were bad ass were mustang gt/ss monte/buick grand national.and the sleeper dodge Daytona turbo..The big and bad boy on the block was the ss454 chevy truck.That I recall..Great vid!

I think that truck was less than 300 hp...fuel injection brought it all back...in a hurry..

I had an 85. The 305 was scrapped and a 350 was it's replacement. Kinda miss it. I might add, these cars were nortorious for leaking windshields. Guess the original owner wouldnt know since he never drove it in the rain.

Sharp my aunt has one I thank hers is a 87 it burgundy and she got it new. I thank after she got out of school are may been for a graduation gift. And her mom had a white one like that one and now she got it after she past.

ScottieDTV I guess I am :) It just seamed really mundane, but I'm not a "original, unrestored, low milage" kind of guy. I also know that many people can't stand the Corvette C3, but that's one of my absolute favorite car designs of all time. So to each his own ;) Keep these videos coming I really enjoy them and have learned a lot from them!
