I had a blue 83 Z28 back in 88! I was 19 back then,I’m 52 now, I still have at least 2 dreams a month that I still own it, I wake up sad, I have a 01 clean C5 Vette and still miss my Z! This stock look and the stock IROCS are my favorite Camaros!

I had a 84 z28 lg4. That was just a nice car. Great exhaust note ran great. A fun car. Keep it stock don't pimp it out.

I still put white letter tires on my cars, I put them on my new Chevy Cruze , it made that car look so much better! Back in 88 I had a 83 Z28, I put cooper cobras on it, just like my Cruze, my Silverado and my SS HHR! Nobody does it anymore!

Had one exact - HO 5.0, Red, Same tan/black interior- even had the same BF Goodrich tires. I had 5 hole Centerline wheels on mine and chrome moroso valve covers/air filter top. Used 20/50 Valvoline racing or Castrol oil and had to have put 300,00+ on it. Would have been a lot more but I was camping and fell asleep with it running after a leaky tent. It caught fire due to a bad relay for the electric fan. I stupidly just kept the ac switch on to keep the fan running at all times instead of getting a new relay. That night I was cold so I thought I would click the switch over to heat for a few minutes but I fell asleep. I woke up to a guy tapping on my window and the whole hood shooting fire out the seams. I was never so mad at myself in my life and still am but I was a kid and learned the hard way. A $4.00 part at the time.

I might be a bit late but thats a beautiful z28 mind I ask what exhaust set up do you have? I have a camaro with a 5.0 and would for it to sound like that.

Thanks, Just get a 2.5" flowmaster dual mufflers or any other brand like magnaflow, and headers if you can 👌

Im building my 88 iroc got a rolling shell plan to do a full resto plan on making it 1000 hp street car with a sound system as well custom paint hid lights the works

If the exhaust is done right, you don't need a sound system.
