I was at the track for a race in Sept 03 great racing i didn't realize it didn't have fencing in those days man that was super cool without

I was at that race I'm standing on back straight away in the pits I remember watching Karl kinser underneath his car with a small file to lighten his car a few ounces at a time they say for every pound u take off ur car u would gain 4 hrspwr it's a trick Jeff Gordon took with him to NASCAR

NASCAR had a minimum weight rule when Gordon got there. BUT, it was without driver and Gordon's advantage was being a light driver.
