Owned previously by a collector in Indiana. Vehicle Purchased in 2009 with 34000 ACTUAL Miles!!!

Your viewers don’t realize the Parisienne was manufactured in Canada starting in ‘83 and shipped to the US market. This was due to the B-body assembly plants in the US being used for other projects. Yes, essentially just a rebadged Chev. Even the taillights were Caprice you will notice.

Exactly. Pontiac, in the U.S. market discontinued the full-sized B-Body Bonneville/Catalina after the 1981 model year. In 1982, the Bonneville nameplate was switched over to the G-Body platform whereas the LeMans nameplate was dropped. Pontiac still was in need for a full-size platform, so they turned to GM of Canada to export their full-size B-Body car to the U.S. In Canada, Pontiac full-size cars were identical to Chevrolet Caprice/Impala, and they were called Parisienne/Laurentian. There were no Bonneville/Catalina in Canada

My dad has a 1984 Pontiac Parisienne but he put race tiers and put a 3,8,3 stroker v8 engine in it.

That’s a shame Pontiac could not do better because I liked Pontiac that is just a Chevy Caprice to me there is just not enough to differentiate between the two this is why Pontiac failed just the beggining of that GM divisions demise
