We hated him in the beginning but then we find out the reason he gets some justification but not fully like not all of the Arlong pirates are human haters for instance Hachi he is actually a great guy and he was one of the first of the Sun Pirates to interact with Koala when they were taking her back to her home. Also you right you right Arlong got some of that Vacation drip I do miss the bowler hat though don’t know why he switched it up with that other one I thought the bowler hat fit him better

Oh thanks so much! I draw in procreate or photoshop (really anything that has layers and textured brush will work for this kind of stuff) and I use after effect to assemble everything. There are some other free tools for montage but I learned to use that one :) I'm not an animator per say though, I'm an illustrator that really enjoys moving images !
