I purchased just about the same exact truck new in 1986 as well. Mine was a flair side though. Man did I love that truck up in Michigan, but...she ended up being the biggest lemon I ever owned! I had so many mechanical problems with her. She spent most of her life at the dealer getting fixed under warranty (thank g*d) I ended up trading her in with only 30k miles on a new 88, 5.0 conv Mustang.

Me too my favorite vehicle I ever owned, mine had the 351M and I put in a 302 from a Mustang in it fully restored it myself. Wish I still had it ! 84 Bronco 👍

My dad before I was born built one it was I think actually an 86 explorer pickup it was nice blue chrome grille it was sweet had a nice flare visor also very nice picture design on the tailgate it was a sweet little truck he had for 4-5 years mabey bit longer I remember driving in this when I was a little guy and got say this truck had balls barley touch the gas and the truck would go it was a fast little pickup I'm 17 and would love to have and old Ford pickup also had chrome plated rear bumper
