1986 Ford Ranger Brake Booster

I replaced the brake booster which had a vacuum leak hoping it would resolve the bouncy idle and poor running conditions, but it did not.... pardon the crop, idk what happened or how to fix it, hopefully you can still see what you need to.

Because he did not open the master cylinder up.
