Boys this one great period in time! I was lucky enough to be part of it! I can remember racing 90’s n 110’s no suspension! Grown ass men on those Lil machines! Wat a great time! Pro design hand built pipes Klemm research dg performance bel ray Jt racing just some of the big names back then! Los Angeles memorial coliseum Mickey Thompson! Man if I had a time machine! Now just a broke nearly crippled old fart reminiscing! Thanks for the memories made my day! Hammerdown

@AIRFOOLERSDOTCOM - A "Mocat" was introduced mid '86 season that featured a Tecate engine in a modified Mojave frame. I know #11 Jackie Meadows and #64 Charlie Shepard had that Team Green experiment ride. #31 White was on the Tecate 4 in '87 along with #16 Sean Finley.Watched them at the TT National in Boyd, TX that year. Other Tecate 4 Riders that year was #63 Ron Fields and a #9. Greg Clark had the #1 plate in '87 while riding a Tecate 4 in the Mickey Thompson stadium series.

for sure, Honda ATC's were the best and the TRX is IMHO still the greatest quad ever developed.

It is cool to read all the comments. Awesome. I myself was in a issue of 3&4 wheel action magazine.. I even raced some events 4 the aatva..I must brag that I dated Charlie shepherd's cousin back when he was winning championships @ m/t off road series

Take a look at 5 minutes and 3 seconds. You will notice that the factory 1986 quadracer has a T-bone StyleSeat. That seat was released as a stock seat on the 87 through 92 model quad racers. It's cool to see the R&D making its way from the racing to the actual showroom floors. It's really interesting though to see that seat on an 86
