Honestly aside from mike ditka hes the only person to win the superbowl as a player, asst. Coach, and head coach. That alone should be enough. I think his time in seattle hurt him a little, but Ditka sucked in New Orleans. If Ditka is in Flores should be too. I dont know if its a bias against the Raiders which is what i think it is, or if its a racial issue (something ive heard people say, however i am not so sure about that), but there is no reason he shouldnt be in. 4 rings??? You cant ignore that

Raiders play Dolphins for last time (and win 30-28) in the Orange Bowl where they finish going 6-3-1 vs Miami. Pretty amazing. Raiders lost to GB in Orange Bowl in SB 2.
