I was at the park on Ave. Z / West 1st, a block away, when this was happening. This is taking place on Ave X / West 1st Street near Cuccios Bakery and a block away from PS 216. I see a lot of familiar faces in this video. 1:22 is defiantly Rocko.

I wasn’t there when it happened, because I was living in Puerto Rico at the time. This was 1987, back when fireworks were illegal, but it still is today. Plus some music and lots of fireworks setting off. Thankfully, no one got hurt.
