1989 Box Chevy Build Ep.38 Preparing for the Final Stages of the Build!!!!

KZbin!!!!! In this video I'll be preparing for the final stages of this build. I start with gathering some parts from my storage unit then I head bk to ink house to rearrange some things and put the car on the wooden car stands that I made and some jack stands in preparation for the rear end to be removed. I have to finish the under body also, which includes frame painting and undercoating!

It’s definitely a 307. i’ve owned this car since 2012 when i go to parts stores to buy parts it’s for a 307 matter fact every car parts website that sells parts for these cars have it this car you know they vin match everything right? this car is a 307 stock from chevrolet in 1989 you can even google it!

Keep in mind, if that Rear Diff IS from a '94-'96 Impala SS, then its going to be slightly wider than the GM Corporate Differential that you're taking out of "Summer Rain"...

That's NOT a 307ci Oldsmobile engine, Fam. That's an RPO code LO3 5.0L(305ci V8 Chevy) or an RPO code LO5 5.7L(350ci V8 Chevy). Both still "boat anchors" in light of the you're doing an LQ4 Gen III engine swap. IJS.
