I am like 20 mins in and I think Suleiman should be a permanent host on freshly grounded.👍🏽
@osman25404 жыл бұрын
Suleiman doesn’t know that he is one of the main reasons I started practising coming from a similar ethnic East African background and being from London I could relate to him easily , I heard his music from when he wasn’t practicing and thought he’s going to go big and then saw how he gave it up for the sake of Allah listening to his stories I thought if he could give up all that then surely I could quite listening to music and that’s how it started. MASSIVE IMPACT BROTHER MAY ALLAH GUIDE US ALL AND KEEP US ON THE STRAUGHT PATH AMEEN YA RABB

Salaam Alaikum, I’m 14 and find these podcasts to be very beneficial to youth of all ages. Another thing I wanted to say is, when brother Suleiman talked about how the people who have leadership ,should use their spotlight/ leadership to talk to the youth or advise the youth. I truly felt that ,for example reverts around my age ( myself included) may not have that person to talk to in person . So that little advice ,or that time you take out to talk to the youth is immensely valued by the young reverts . I ask Allah continues to bless these podcasts Ameen . Jazakumullahu khaira to everyone in this podcast .

Faisal you're right. We are an audience who just started marriage, family etc. Trying to navigate in the west and learn how to establish a good Islamic foundation at home and for the kids. I think it would be nice if you also spoke about what to prepare for when expecting a first child. Practical things but also with regards to islam. Simple example: When the baby is born you whisper something in the ears. Might seem obvious, but for some people they don't know much. The podcast is great as usual

Asalaamualaikam I finally got to listening to this fully from start to end after seeing it when it was first posted. The timing is perfect as I’m currently back in full time education as well as working part time. Prioritising is key for me right now and that guilt of not spending enough time with family is now abit more acceptable for me knowing that I need to study well too and give my body it’s rights to rest too and be healthy. I thoroughly enjoyed having the three contrasting yet similar personalities on this podcast and loved the vulnerability around sharing. May Allah continue to bless the Ummah and inspire us in this way and more

In the part on not seeing a friend, remember that the Prophet (saw) said, ' make 40 excuse's for your brother', so if someone you know, has not answered your call, if you put this into practice, i assure you that by the time you get to three, at most four, any bad or judgmemental feelings will completely be remiss and your relationship will feel again as though no mark has occured i.e as prior to the event. With friends i think this really helps, to prevent slights, resentment and distancing and everyone can enjoy their life structures, time schedules, differing busy moments, as they are and keep best of friendships as great as they are.

Freshly Grounded: What we know so far.. WARNING: SOME CONTENT MAY BE FALSE DUE TO MY POOR MEMORY Faisal: Full name: Faisal Choudhary . 1/2 of Freshly Grounded (But does most the work😂) . Went to university in Cardiff . Studied Criminology 🤦🏾♂️ . Had a podcast called The Next Faze . Has a rich and funny uncle . Has anxiety and is constantly stressing when in work mode . ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS . Weird obsession with smart homes and buying his own house and expanding it . Hilariously insecure about his hair, height and masculinity (Faisal stay strong💀) . Full time professional Lad Sam: Full name: Samuel Michael Palmer . 6'6 ft . 1/2 of Freshly Grounded (Basically shows up and gets all the credit 😂) . Full time, professional flat earther . Businessman . Hated school as a child . Creative thinker . His brother is a graphic designer . Forgive me if this is wrong but i believe he mentioned on FG a couple years back about how he body slammed/elbowed some kid in school 💀💀💀 Nate: Full name: Nate Rose . Massive Quads . Semi-pro footballer . Supports Arsenal 💀💀💀💀🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ . 6'4 ft . Emotionally collected and calm . Likes Yusha Evans . Went to umrah with Sam . Is called "Caribbean" by Faisal because big faze cant tell the difference between Dominica and Dominican Republic Redwan: Full name: Redwan ? (Pretty sure he mentioned his last name somewhere but i can't be bothered to go through 200 episodes and check💀💀) . IS OLDER THAN FAISAL (WTH IKR I WAS SHOCKED😱😲😮😳🙀) . Quality Photographer (somewhat of a modern Da vinci) . Bengali . Only person to have ever been on FG via a call (when he was sick) . Should be the third host (Second without Sam) of Freshly Grounded . Full time, professional chill dude Tuhin: Full name: Tuhin ? . Was just a guest producer but will always be remembered . Like to jump of buildings . Often mistaken for King Tutankhamun Karim: Full name: Karim Azzakriti (Faisal was surprised to know he knows Catalan, How can you not tell he knows Catalan? His last name is Azzakriti, sounds like something right outta Barcelona💀 for gods sake Faisal sometimes i question your sanity 💀💀💀💀🤣) . Knows Spanish, Catalan, French, Darija and English (maybe even more) . Lived in France for 9 months . Constantly bullied by Faisal for his accent and pronunciation (back off faze💀) . Does A LOT behind the scenes . Most under appreciated guest ever (PLEASEEEE HAVE HIM ONNN AGAINN) . Reminds me of Kepa Arrizabalaga, if you know you know😂
