1990-2001 Kawasaki Vulcan, Ninja, Concours Clutch Master Cylinder Rebuild

The repair kit is K & L 32-1095. make sure all of the parts are exactly the same before beginning repair.
Clean everything thoroughly. You will need a 10 MM socket/ratchet, flat head screw driver, internal and external snap ring pliers.
Remove everything and line it up as you remove the parts as you see in the video to ensure for an accurate replacement of the new parts.
Lubricate everything in the brake fluid, Dot 4.
*THE C-RING WILL FIGHT WITH YOU TO NO END. BUT IT MUST BE SECURED INSIDE THE BORE. IF YOU CANNOT GET IT SECURED. HAVE IT SERVICED AT THE DEALERSHIP.

next time use a rifle cleaning kit to clean the cylinder bore instead of a screw driver and paper towel you run a big risk of maring or scratching the cylinder bore
