Miami Electronic music pioneer DJ/Club Promoter/Tastemaker Ruben Pagan at age 20 was asked by Dance Energy Producer Tanzen to host the Miami segment of the 3 part series which covers urban influences of music and counter culture at the tail end of the 80s and beginning of the 90s throughout the 3 major American cities of New York, Miami & L.A..
Featured in the Miami segment Ruben plugged The Cameo Theater and his friends giving them their first global/international visibility. Included in this list are:

The cardinal energies of this epoch began to blossom during the mid to late 80s.
